Lightspeed India Elevates Abha Bhakoo To Talent DirectorLightspeed India has elevated Abha Bhakoo to the role of Director of Talent. In the new role, Bhakoo will lead strategic talent initiatives for Lightspeed’s portfolio companies, working closely with founders to strengthen leadership pipelines, support organisational scale, and build future-ready teams across high-growth startups.

Bhakoo has been associated with Lightspeed India for more than four years and most recently served as Vice President of Talent, where she played a central role in shaping leadership hiring and talent development efforts across portfolio companies

Before joining Lightspeed, she spent over eight years at Amrop India, progressing from Consultant to Associate Principal, and led executive search and leadership advisory assignments across consumer, digital, telecom and technology sectors.

She began her professional journey at Accenture as a Software Engineer and later gained industry exposure at DDB Mudra Group during a summer internship, building a strong blend of technical and business understanding.

Her elevation highlights Lightspeed India’s continued commitment to strengthening its talent ecosystem and enabling sustainable growth across its founder and startup network.
