OTT major Netflix has promoted Shruti Nishchal as Director, HR Business Partner for Ads, Marketing, and Partnerships.
In the new expanded role, she is expected to collaborate with senior leadership across Netflix’s advertising, marketing, and partnerships functions to drive talent strategy, organisational effectiveness and a high-performance, inclusive culture.
Her professional track record spans HR strategy, employee engagement, leadership effectiveness and transformation initiatives in fast-paced environments, positioning her to lead people priorities at a key inflection point for Netflix’s advertising and partner businesses.
She joined Netflix as the Human Resources Business Partner in 2020. Before joining Netflix, Nishchal served as Head, HR Business Partner & Internal Mobility Leader at Zomato, where she led people strategy and mobility frameworks for critical functions, helping shape workforce capability during rapid scale-up phases.
She also held senior HR roles at Accenture, where she focused on organisation efficiency, change delivery and performance initiatives, and at Infosys, where she began her HR journey, driving HR operations and capability programmes.
Nishchal brings over 14 years of HR leadership experience across global and Indian businesses, specialising in strategic HR partnership, leadership development, organisation design, performance excellence, diversity and inclusion, and talent planning.
