Soliflex Packaging has appointed Tapas Chakrabarti as Vice President, Human Resources.

Before Soliflex Packaging, Chakrabarti was a part of Kia India, where he worked as Head of Section from October 2024 to December 2025. He was also associated with Zetwerk from August 2022 to October 2024 as General Manager, Human Resources Business Partner. Chakrabarti was also a part of Reliance Retail as Senior Human Resources Business Partner, a role he held from March 2022 to July 2022.
In November 2020, Chakrabarti joined Landmark Group as Corporate HRBP SPAR. He was also with Ircon International from November 2018 to November 2020 as a part of the HR team. Additionally, Chakrabarti was associated with Cognizant from July 2015 to October 2018 as Senior Executive, Human Resources. He also worked for Cognizant Technology Solutions from October 2010 to April 2012 as a Programmer Analyst.
Previously, Chakrabarti has also been affiliated with Hero MotoCorp and UCO Bank. He has a PGDM in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Xavier Institute of Management (XIM Bhubaneswar).
