Paradeep Phosphates has appointed Rohit Shelodkar as Head of Learning and Development.
“I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Head of Learning and Development at Paradeep Phosphates (Bangalore, Adventz Group),” Shelodkar shared on LinkedIn. He has much experience working in the building materials industry. He is well-versed in training & development interventions as well as Microsoft Office.
Prior to Paradeep Phosphates, Shelodkar was with Coromandel International. From July 2024 to December 2025, he served as Assistant General Manager – Learning and Development. Shelodkar also worked for Adani Enterprises from June 2022 to July 2024 as Learning and Development Manager.
For over 10 years, Shelodkar had been a part of Nuvoco Vistas Corp. He joined the company in July 2012 as a Deputy Manager and then became Manager, Human Resources in August 2016. In July 2020, Shelodkar became Senior Manager, HR and L&D.
