IAC International Automotive India has elevated Deepali Khairnar to the role of Senior Director – Human Resources & Information Technology. In her new position, Khairnar will continue to lead the company’s people strategy while overseeing HR, industrial relations, organisational effectiveness, CSR and IT across IAC’s multi-plant manufacturing network and corporate functions.
Her mandate includes strengthening workforce capability, enabling operational excellence and supporting business transformation across the India region.
She has been associated with the company for several years and most recently served as HR Director, where she was responsible for HR, IR, EHS, CSR and IT across eight manufacturing plants along with the corporate and R&D centre, supporting a workforce of over 4,000 employees.
With this elevation, IAC International Automotive India signals a continued focus on integrated people and technology leadership, as the company strengthens organisational capability to support growth, innovation and long-term competitiveness in the automotive sector.
