Tenneco has promoted Ashish Dadhwal to Head – HR & IR.
“I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Head- HR & IR at Tenneco!” Dadhwal shared on LinkedIn. In his new role, he will oversee the powertrain divisions, including Piston, rings and pins manufacturing site, Federal Mogul Goetze India Limited at Patiala.
Dadhwal has been a part of Tenneco for 7 years. He joined the company in December 2018 as Senior Human Resources Manager at Parwanoo. In December 2024, Dadhwal became Senior Human Resources Manager at Bhiwadi. Since May 2025, he was Lead HR – Manufacturing Excellence | Powertrain Manufacturing for six sites until his latest promotion.
For over 11 years, Dadhwal had been associated with International Tractors. He was first appointed as a Management Trainee in June 2007 and then became a Senior Executive in April 2008. In April 2009, Dadhwal was elevated to the position of Assistant Manager.
In April 2011, Dadhwal became Deputy Manager for International Tractors. This was followed by his becoming Manager of Talent Management in April 2013. From April 2015 to December 2018, Dadhwal served as Senior Manager-Lead Talent Management for the company.
