Sattva Group has roped in Chidambar Sirdeshpande as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and Head of Administration. In the new role, he is expected to focus on strengthening people frameworks, governance standards and administrative processes, while enabling leadership capability and cultural alignment as the organisation enters its next phase of expansion.
Sirdeshpande will be responsible for leading the group’s people, governance and administrative functions, with a focus on building robust organisational systems to support long-term growth and institutional strengthening.
He brings over two decades of leadership experience across sectors, including real estate, infrastructure, construction, IT services and engineering
Before joining Sattva Group, he served as CHRO at Brigade Group, where he led enterprise-wide HR strategy covering organisation design, workforce restructuring, HR digitisation, leadership development, succession planning, and initiatives spanning DEI and ESG.
