BDR Pharmaceuticals has promoted Pawan Prasad Srivastava to Group Head – HR & Administration (Senior Vice President).

Srivastava has been affiliated with BDR Pharmaceuticals for over four years. He joined the company in November 2021 as Group Head – HR & Admin – Vice President. In this position, he headed the HR and Admin for the group companies.
Prior to BDR Pharmaceuticals, Srivastava was associated with P17 HR Studio. From December 2020 to December 2021, he served as a Founder for the company. He was also the Founder of P17 Creations from September 2021 to October 2021.
From June 2019 to October 2021, Srivastava also served as Deputy General Manager – Global Talent Management & Leadership Development CoE for Lupin India. Before that, he served as Deputy General Manager – Head Office Lead from May 2015 to June 2019 for Lupin. Srivastava also served as Senior Manager – HR for Lupin from November 2011 to April 2015.
In May 2011, Srivastava joined Videcon Industries as Senior Human Resources Manager and held the role until November 2011. He was also a Regional Human Resources Manager for the company from June 2010 to May 2011. From July 2008 to April 2010, Srivastava was HR Manager for Regal Beloit – Global Technology Centre India (GE India).
Over the years, Srivastava has also worked for Mason & Summers, Religare Securities, LG Electronics, and Coca-Cola India. He has a PGCHRM in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from XLRI Jamshedpur.
