Pratik Vaid has been appointed Associate Director of Talent Acquisition at Freedom Consulting Inc. In his new role, Vaid is expected to contribute to strengthening the organisation’s talent strategy by building future-ready hiring frameworks and enabling scalable workforce growth to support evolving business priorities.
Pratik Vaid has joined the organisation, bringing close to 19 years of experience in talent acquisition and hiring strategy across global and domestic IT services and technology environments.
Previously, he has served Malomatia, NICE, YASH Technologies, and several other companies in various human resources roles, where he has led complex hiring initiatives, strengthened recruitment governance and supported business expansion in competitive talent markets.
A seasoned recruitment leader, Vaid has built and scaled large talent acquisition programmes, partnering closely with business leaders to design workforce strategies aligned with organisational growth and transformation agendas. His experience spans strategic hiring, executive recruitment, employer branding, recruitment operations and data-driven talent planning.
