WPP Media has appointed Mandakini Ghadage as Senior Director- Employee Relations.
Ghadage is well-versed in employee relations and HR operations and is sure to be an asset to her new company. With over a decade of experience, she has worked across a variety of sectors, a diversity that will undoubtedly help her navigate the HR operations within WPP Media.
Prior to WPP Media, Ghadage had been associated with Aditya Birla Capital. She started working for the company in September 2023 as Employee Relations Lead. From January 2023 to September 2023, Ghadage had been associated with HSBC as Vice President of Employee Relations.
In March 2019, Ghadage was appointed as Senior Manager by Sodexo. She was also affiliated with Mahindra Finance from September 2016 to March 2019 as Deputy Manager, Human Resources. Ghadage started working for Portescap in September 2012 as an Assistant Manager.
Ghadage has a law degree from the University of Mumbai. She also has a Master’s in Labour Studies, HR & IR, from Maharashtra Institute of Labour Studies. Additionally, Ghadage is a certified labour welfare officer.
