Rasi Seeds has appointed Nanda Kishore VJ as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

Nanda Kishore brings with him over two decades of HR experience across businesses in manufacturing, service, sales & marketing, agriculture inputs, dairy, business excellence, agri technologies, and farm machinery sectors. His key skills include HR strategy, leadership development, performance management, change management, talent acquisition, talent engagement, capability building, organisation design, culture development, and HR operations.
Prior to Rasi Seeds, Nana Kishore was a part of the Mahindra Group. He joined Mahindra Agri Solutions as an HR Lead in January 2017. In April 2019, he became HR Lead for Mahindra & Mahindra’s Farm Equipment Sector in Mumbai. This was followed by his appointment as Head of HR for the Mahindra Agri Sector at Mahindra Agri Solutions in May 2022.
From May 2011 to December 2016, Nanda Kishore was with Monsanto India as HR Generalist – India Supply Chain Org (Leadership Role). He was also associated with Aegis from December 2010 to April 2011 as Senior Manager – HR.
In January 2007, Nanda Kishore became Senior Manager – HR for UltraTech Cement and held the role until December 2010. He was also previously an employee of Bharti Airtel, serving as a Senior Executive – HR from February 2005 to December 2006. Additionally, Nanda Kishore was an Officer – HR at Asian Paints from 1999 to 2004.
