Strides Pharma Science has appointed Nandini Matiyani as its new Executive Vice President and Global HR Leader. In her new role, she will lead global people strategy across Strides’ operations in more than 100 countries, supporting the organisation’s mission of making high-quality, affordable healthcare accessible worldwide.
In a statement announcing her move, Matiyani expressed gratitude to Strides’ leadership, including Chairman Arun and MD & Group CEO Badri, for their confidence in her.

Matiyani brings over two decades of HR experience spanning technology, digital services, and global enterprises. Before joining Strides, she held senior leadership roles at RateGain as Vice President, People & Culture, at OnMobile Global as Global HR Head, and earlier at Wipro in multiple HR positions. Over the years, she has led talent transformation initiatives, culture-building programs, leadership development strategies, and global HR operations across diverse markets.
With her appointment, Strides aims to reinforce its people agenda at a time when the company continues to expand its global presence and sharpen its focus on value creation for patients, partners, and shareholders.
