IKS Health has promoted Mangesh Bhide to Senior Vice President (VP) & India Human Resources (HR) Head.
In his new role, Bhide will head India HR across the full employee lifecycle, accelerating talent availability & readiness, gainful engagement practices, and operational excellence. He will be working with the Global CHRO and talent COEs to embed a world-class employee value proposition and to embrace digital HR capabilities for scale and consistency, as well as system-driven interventions.
Bhide first joined IKS Health in August 2007 as Senior Vice President – Global HR & Administration, a role he held until December 2014. In April 2024, Bhide rejoined IKS Health as Senior VP – Organisation Effectiveness, building IKS as a learning organisation and providing best-in-class support to our business leaders.
From December 2014 to April 2024, Bhide worked for Reliance Jio Infocomm as Senior VP & Head HR – Jio Network & Infrastructure. He was also Lead – Network HR for Reliance Infocomm from June 2003 to November 2005. Additionally, Bhide worked for Roamware India (P) from June 2006 to July 2007 as Director HR.
In November 2005, Bhide joined Essar Steel as Joint General Manager, a role he held until May 2006. He has also been affiliated with Mahindra & Mahindra from July 1998 to June 2003 as Deputy General Manager (GM) – HR. From July 1995 to June 1998, Bhide worked for Precision Fasteners as Senior Executive – P&IR, HR and Admin.
