Excelra Appoints Pramod C as Head of Human Resources (HR).
In his new role, Pramod will help enable organisation-wide growth, harmonise large, complex datasets, and deliver actionable insights for life sciences. With over 24 years of experience, he is well-versed in building scalable people strategies, architecting talent ecosystems, and enabling leadership effectiveness to fuel business growth.
Prior to joining Excelra, Pramod had been a part of Mindsprint. From November 2024 to October 2025, he served as Vice President of Human Resources at the company.

Pramod had been a part of Emids for over 8 years. He joined the company in April 2016 as Director – Human Resources. In July 2017, he was appointed as Associate Vice President – Human Resources, followed by his ascension to the role of Vice President, Human Resources in July 2019.
From September 2014 to March 2016, Pramod worked for UnitedHealth Group as Human Capital Consultant – International Business ; HR Transformations.
For over 11 years, Pramod had been affiliated with Wipro Technologies, having joined the company in January 2003 as Assistant Manager – Talent Transformation. He became Deputy Manager – Operations in June 2007 and then Regional HR Manager in June 2008. Pramod was appointed as Business Partner – Human Resources in December 2009 and then promoted to Business Partner and Head – BFSI | Global Strategic Hiring in June 2013.
