Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories has promoted Manish Shukla to Global Head HR – Corporate | Head HR Strategy.

In his new role, Shukla will drive a global, business-first, transformative people agenda at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, focusing on delivering performance with purpose. He will be responsible for designing and driving innovative HR strategies across the company’s global corporate functions, including Finance, HR, Digital, Process & Excellence, Legal & Compliance, FMCRE, CXO Office, and Corporate Affairs.
Shukla has been a part of Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories for over two years. He joined the company in October 2023 as Lead HRBP – Global Finance, Global Legal & Compliance and FMCRE | HR Strategy – CHRO’s Office and then became Lead HRBP – Global Corporate Functions | HR Strategy, CHRO’s Office in July 2024. This was followed by his appointment as Lead HRBP – Global Corporate Functions | Head – HR Strategy, CHRO’s Office in October 2024.
From May 2020 to October 2023, Shukla was associated with ITC Limited as Head HRBP – Corporate Functions | Group Head COE – Campus Talent, Engagement & HR Sustainability. He had also worked with ITC Limited from July 2015 to September 2018, first as HRBP & Compensation – Foods Business, before becoming HR Head – Foods Business Factories in September 2017.
In October 2018, Shukla joined as Manager – Sales HR, before becoming Chief Manager – Sales HR in March 2020, a role he retained until May 2020. He was also associated with TATA Advanced Systems, first as HRBP – TATA Lockheed Martin in April 2014, and then was promoted to Lead – Compensation, PMS & Talent Management in April 2013.
