Redington Appoints Nirmal Paramban as VP HR (Global Lead: Recruitment, Productivity and Governance)

Redington has appointed Nirmal Paramban as Vice President Human Resources (Global Lead: Recruitment, Productivity and Governance).

With over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition, project management, and administration projects, Paramban is well-versed in global talent acquisition and has handled stakeholders globally. Over the years, he has coordinated and collaborated on various human capital initiatives as site head for close to 800 employees.

Prior to joining Redington, Paramban was a part of Citi from March 2022 to November 2025 as Vice President, Human Resource & Technology Talent Strategy.

“After an incredible stint of close to 4 years, it’s curtains down in CITI for me,” Paramban said in his farewell post. “While I gear up for the next challenge wanted to retrospect my time here and thank everyone for the wonderful time we have collaborated and achieved all great moments as a team. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to all my colleagues in CITI who have transformed , mentored and championed my professional as well as personal journey in the last 4 years.”

Paramban was also a part of EXL for over 5 years. He joined the company in December 2016 as an Associate Vice President and later became Senior Assistant Vice President, Human Resources (India & Europe) in January 2021. In December 2015, he joined Al Jassar Group as Group Consultant, Chairman’s Office, and held the role until December 2016.

From September 2014 to November 2015, Paramban was a part of Maxaprof Corporate Advisors as Managing Partner, Human Resources & Business Operations. He also worked for Altisource from July 2010 to August 2014 as Location Senior Manager HR, Goa & Philippines. In the past, Paramban has also been associated with WNS Global Services, PRATIAN Technologies (India), BigLeap Solutions, and Akbar Travels of India.
