Opella has appointed Anjju Sharma as People Business Partner.

Sharma is known for her strategic, business-aligned approach to building high-performing, globally integrated organisations. She has over 16 years of experience across technology-driven enterprises and innovation hubs, leading HR strategy and transformation initiatives that support rapid scaling, operational excellence, and cross-border collaboration.

Prior to joining Opella, Sharma was associated with IBM Accelalpha. From November 2023 to November 2025, he worked at the company as Associate Director HR.

Sharma was a part of Netcracker Technology for over 5 years. She was appointed as a Human Resources Business Partner in January 2018. In July 2020, Sharma was promoted to Lead HR Business Partner and was then given the position of Manager HRBP and Site Lead HR in January 2023.

From May 2015 to December 2017, Sharma was associated with Gramener as Human Resources Manager. She was also a part of Colt Technology Services from April 2013 to August 2014 as a Human Resource Analyst. Sharma joined Aon in May 2009 as a Payroll Team Member and, in September 2010, became an HRSS Team Member at Aon Hewitt.
