Uno Minda has promoted Amrita Singh to Head of Human Resources (HR).
“After an incredible journey with Denso Ten Uno Minda, I’m excited to share that I will be moving on to take up a larger, expanded role within Uno Minda Group, as Business HR Head at Uno Mindarika Private Limited,” Singh shared on LinkedIn. “The time I have spent at Denso Ten Uno Minda has been transformative and enriching. I carry some amazing memories and friendships with me.”

She has been a part of Uno Minda since October 2023, when she joined the company as Head of HR -Infotainment (JV).
With over 20 years of experience in human resources and employee relations across various sectors and geographies, Singh is a strategic HR leader with a vision to create a value-driven, diverse and inclusive culture for companies. She is well-versed in partnering with the leadership to optimise and develop efficiencies in HR processes, policies, and systems.
From January 2022 to September 2023, Singh was associated with IT BY DESIGN as Head HR (India). Before that, she worked for Genpact from October 2019 to December 2021 as HR Leader ( Global IT and Legal teams) and with Arvind Limited from March 2019 to October 2019 as Head HR – Wovens & Knits business.
Singh was associated with Rapid Metro Rail Gurgaon for over 8 years. She joined the organisation in August 2010 as HR Manager and was then elevated to Head HR (GM) in April 2013. Singh has worked with GMR Group from April 2006 to July 2010 as an Associate Manager. She has also completed the executive program in Strategic Human Resource Management at IIM Ahmedabad, enabling her to apply best practices and frameworks in HR management and leadership.
