Access Healthcare has appointed Dhawal Ruparel as Vice President (VP) – HR Business Partner (HRBP), Talent Acquisition & Transformation.

In his new role, Ruparely will be responsible for initiatives that enhance organisational capability, nurture talent, and build a strong performance-oriented culture. He will be supporting 7,200+ employees across three sites and leading a team of 50+ HR professionals.
As part of the leadership team, I am responsible for initiatives that enhance organisational capability, nurture talent, and build a strong performance-oriented culture. In my role as HR & Talent Acquisition Leader for the Noida location, I support over 7,200 employees across three sites and lead a team of more than 50 HR professionals.
Ruparel will focus on strategic business partnerships, aligning HR priorities with business goals, elevating managerial effectiveness through coaching, strengthening talent and retention practices, and fostering a proactive, employee-centric culture. He is particularly passionate about enabling growth, driving change, and creating an exceptional employee experience that fuels sustainable success.
Prior to joining Access Healthcare, Ruparel was a part of Reliance Industries for over 4 years. He joined the company as Assistant Vice President – HR Analytics, Data & Process Lifecycle Management in September 2021 and was then appointed as Head of Talent Acquisition (Manufacturing Division) in January 2025. From December 2016 to August 2021, Ruparel was with Jio as Assistant Vice President of Human Resources.
For more than 12 years, Ruparel worked for Genpact in a variety of roles. He was first appointed as Process Specialist – Operations B2B collections in August 2004. In February 2006, Ruparel became Senior Officer – HR, followed by his switch to Management Trainee – HR in November 2007.
From November 2008 to December 2010, Ruparel worked with Genpact as Employee Relationship Manager – HR. He then became Manager – Human Resources in December 2010 and Senior Manager – Business Partner -Human Resources in October 2012. Ruparel was finally promoted to Assistant Vice President – Human Resources Analytics and Business Intelligence BI in March 2016, a role he held until November 2016.
