Birla Precision Technologies has appointed Shelendra Singh as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

With over 14 years of experience, Singh has worked as an HR professional within manufacturing and service industries. He is well-versed in labour relations, talent management, learning & development, international HR, payroll, and succession planning.
Prior to joining Birla Precision Technologies, Singh was a part of Nuvoco Vistas Corp for well over 9 years. He joined the company in April 2016 as Senior Manager HR and then became Assistant General Manager (AGM) – HR in October 2018. In September 2020, Singh was appointed as Deputy General Manager (DGM) – HR, followed by his elevation to General Manager – HR in April 2023.
From June 2013 to March 2016, Singh was a part of Lafarge India. He started as Learning and Development (L&D) Manager and then became HR Manager in June 2014. Singh was also associated with Aditya Birla Group’s Hindalco from June 2011 to May 2013 as Manager (HR).
Singh has a Master’s in Human Resource Development Management (MHRDM) from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS). He has also studied Business Administration at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
