Ecolab Global Business Solutions (GBS+) has appointed Puja Pandey as Senior Talent Acquisition Leader.
With 19 years of experience, Pandey has a proven track record of building high-performing recruitment functions across Manufacturing, Finance, Technology, and Global Services. She focuses on leveraging recruitment as a business growth tool by strengthening employer branding, enhancing candidate experience, and enabling workforce readiness through data-driven insights and automation.
Prior to joining Ecolab, Pandey was a part of Cummins India. She worked there as Talent Acquisition Lead from August 2022 to October 2025. In this role, Pandey led a team of 30 members.

From February 2016 to June 2022, Pandey was associated with AXA as Head of Talent Acquisition. She also served as Recruitment Site Head for Aegis from 2014 to 2016 and as HR Manager for OZ Telepro Services from 2013 to 2014.
In 2011, Pandey joined Tech Mahindra as Recruitment Site Head and held the role until 2013. She was also affiliated with Manpower from 2008 to 2011 as a Human Resources Consultant and with Wipro from 2006 to 2008 as a Customer Care Executive.
