Real has promoted Kriti Khanduri to Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, Global.

Khanduri joined Real in September 2023 when she was appointed as Talent Acquisition Specialist – Global Hiring. In July 2024, she was promoted to Talent Acquisition Projects Lead, a role she held until her recent promotion.
Prior to joining Real, Khanduri was a part of Michael Page. From February 2022 to May 2023, she served as Associate, Product Management & Technology Practice at the company.
In June 2020, Khanduri joined BlewMinds – Believe. Be. Beyond as a Junior Consultant, Executive Recruitment & Research. She then became Senior Consultant & Head, Executive Recruitment & Research in November 2021 and held the role until February 2022. From July 2017 to June 2019, Khanduri worked for Prolifics as a Software Engineer.
Khanduri has a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management and Services from XLRI Jamshedpur.
