Prior to this role, Padmavati was associated with Sandoz as Global P&O (HR) Business Partner. With over two decades of experience, she has worked with several reputed organizations including Novartis, Franklin Templeton Investments, Avaya India Pvt. Ltd., Satyam, Motorola, and Octal Systems Ltd.
