Padmini Punna has joined LIMAGRAIN & HM.CLAUSE as Head of HR – Asia. HM. CLAUSE is part of Limagrain, an international agricultural co-operative group specializing in field seeds, vegetable seeds, and cereal products. Before this, Padmini served as P&O Global Business Partner at dsm-firmenich, a chemical manufacturing company.
Prior to this, Padmini worked with PAREXEL as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner. In this role, she provided strategic HR consulting support to business leaders, driving end-to-end employee engagement initiatives, organizational development programs, client interactions, talent acquisition, performance appraisals, and overall associate experience. Padmini also served as a Senior Executive at Infotech Enterprises Ltd, where she played an active role in driving employee engagement initiatives, overseeing performance appraisals, enhancing associate experience, and organizing employee-focused events and activities. She began her career in 2006 with Satyam BPO as a Senior Executive – Human Resources. Academically, Padmini holds an MBA in Human Resources from Osmania University (2004–2006).
Throughout her career, Padmini has collaborated with global HR professionals across multiple countries, enabling her to build and sustain a global outlook while effectively implementing region-specific initiatives and organizational changes.
