Pomeroy has promoted Murali (MDM) Dakshinamoorthy to Senior Director & Head – Human Resources (HR), Asia-Pacific (APAC).
Dakshinamoorthy has over 20 years of experience across industries like IT, ITES, telecom, and entertainment. He has helped small start-ups and large multination corporations with hiring and onboarding. In his years as an HR leader, Dakshinamoorthy has formed and overseen various teams of recruiters and led the entire gamut of employee life cycle management.
Thanks to his extensive experience, Dakshinamoorthy is well-versed in managing hiring managers and associated issues, and works to ensure the collective alignment of hiring teams in realising the organisation’s hiring business goals. Some of his key learnings include strategic thinking, tactical approach, operational excellence, and customer delight.
Dakshinamoorthy has been associated with Pomeroy since April 2024, when he joined the company as Director & Head Human Resources. In this role, he set up the company ‘s India HR Operations framework for 100 % remote working, built a hiring ecosystem, ensured pertinent statutory/regulatory compliances, and integrated newly acquired entities.
From January 2023 to March 2024, Dakshinamoorthy was associated with Workforte India as a Senior Consultant. Before that, he worked for GI Tech | Game India as Head of Human Resources. Dakshinamoorthy was also affiliated with CBTS from June 2017 to May 2022 as Human Resources Director.
In September 2015, Dakshinamoorthy joined Jio as Area Head Human Resources. He was also a part of The People Network as a Principal Consultant from November 2012 to 2015. Dakshinamoorthy was also associated with Verizon from September 2003 to October 2012 as Human Resources Manager.
