Dr. Sujiv Nair has joined MSN Laboratories as Chief People Officer. In this role, he will play a key part in driving the company’s talent strategy, strengthening process capabilities, fostering a progressive culture, and supporting its ongoing business growth.

A doctorate from IIT Hyderabad and a Six Sigma Black Belt, Dr. Sujiv has been associated with several renowned organizations and also serves on the Board of Directors at We-Hub, Government of Telangana. His diverse experience across pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, information technology, Government circular economy and research & development adds immense value to MSN’s vision of enhancing talent agenda, process capability, advancing culture, and enabling continuous business growth.”
Previously, Dr. Sujiv served as Group Chief Human Resource Officer at Re Sustainability Limited. In this capacity, he was responsible for formulating and executing HR strategies to build an agile, diverse, and engaged workforce that supported the company’s growth. He aligned the HR, Admin, and CSR functions with business goals and key stakeholders, ensuring strong business partnerships and effective delivery of outcomes across the employee lifecycle for over 18,000 employees across 100+ sites in four continents. Additionally, he led a structured CSR agenda, overseeing the strategic deployment of CSR funds, governance, and impact analysis to achieve the organization’s ESG objectives.
Dr. Sujiv brings nearly three decades of experience spanning Change and Transformation, Business Process Re-engineering, ESG, Stakeholder Management, Branding, Continuous Improvement, Leadership Development, and Succession Planning. His expertise also covers Strategic Workforce Planning, Policy Frameworks, Coaching, Training, Executive Advisory and Decision Support, Talent Acquisition, Engagement and Development, Automation, HR Analytics, HR Audit, Skill Development, Communications, and Corporate Social Responsibility. He has also held senior HR leadership positions at DuPont, Tech Mahindra, and Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, and served as the CEO of TASK (Telangana Academy for Skill and Knowledge), where he led state-level initiatives focused on employability enhancement and skill development.
