The Chancery Group has promoted Romilla Ghosh to Cluster Director of Human Resources (HR).

Ghosh has been a part of The Chancery Group since October 2023. She joined the hospitality organisation in October 2023 as Human Resources Manager (HOD). In this role, she provided overall leadership and guidance by overseeing talent acquisition, employee career development, succession planning, retention programs, training and leadership development.
From August 2022 to September 2023, Ghosh was with White Castle Hospitality Group as Assistant General Manager, Human Resources (Group). She was also a part of the company from August 2017 to August 2021 as Human Resources Manager (HOD).
Ghosh also served as Human Resources Manager (HOD) for Marriott International from August 2021 to August 2022. Additionally, she was with Merlin Projects from July 2016 to February 2017 as Assistant Manager, Human Resources. In June 2014, Ghosh joined Medica Superspeciality Hospital as Senior Executive, Human Resources.
