Rajiv Andley has joined Kanodia Group as Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO). In his new role, he will further Kanodia Group’s vision of nurturing talent, driving growth, and strengthening a culture of excellence.

The company shared in a LinkedIn post, “We’re excited to welcome Mr. Rajiv Andley to the Kanodia Group family as our new Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO)! A passionate people leader, Rajiv brings with him a wealth of experience across top organizations like Tata Motors, Bajaj Hindustan, Subros, Uflex, and Healthium Medtech Ltd. Most recently, he led HR at Multitex Filtration Engineers Ltd., driving impactful organizational initiatives. From building people strategies to shaping workplace culture and leading companies to earn the Great Place To Work (GPTW) recognition, Rajiv’s journey reflects his commitment to creating thriving, people-driven organizations. We’re confident that his leadership will further elevate Kanodia Group’s mission of nurturing talent, driving growth, and fostering a culture of excellence.”

With over 32 years of experience across leading Indian industries, spanning automotive, healthcare, packaging, and FMCG, Rajiv brings a wealth of expertise to the table. His professional journey includes leadership roles at Tata Motors, Bajaj Hindustan, Subros, Uflex, and Healthium Medtech Ltd. Most recently, he spearheaded HR initiatives at Multitex Filtration Engineers Ltd., where he led several impactful organizational programs.

Rajiv’s strategic and operational HR experience covers organization design and restructuring, policy development, change management, mergers and acquisitions, talent and learning, recruitment, legal and industrial relations, and HR Shared Services. He has also closely partnered with top management and cross-functional teams on key strategic HR matters.

Academically, Andley holds a B.Sc., a Master’s in Social Work (HR Management) from Agra University and Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University, and an LL.B. from the University of Lucknow.
