Rohit Vishal Gupta (RVG) has taken over as the Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Haldiram Snacks Food. In his new role, he will focus on strengthening the company’s talent foundation as the brand ramps up investments in manufacturing, retail expansion, and digitally enabled distribution. He will collaborate closely with business leaders to drive capability building, enhance performance systems, and advance culture-led initiatives, particularly as the company aims to expand its presence across new domestic and international markets. Rohit took on the role in November and will be working from Noida.
He has a proven track record of driving high performance in sectors such as IT, healthcare, packaging & printing, FMCG, and garments. Rohit is highly skilled in talent management, strategic HRM, industrial relations, and employee engagement, with extensive experience in managing global operations and building capabilities to support business growth across the subcontinent.
