Alcon has promoted Deepak Kudachi to Director – Global Talent Acquisition Service Delivery.

Kudachi has been a part of Alcon for over four years. He joined the company in June 2021 as a Talent Acquisition Manager. In March 2023, he was promoted to Global Talent Acquisition Manager. This was followed by Kudachi’s ascension to the position of Global Talent Acquisition Leader (Alcon Global Services and APAC Region) in October 2023.
From January 2020 to June 2021, Kudachi worked for Lowe’s India. He started at the company as CoE Lead – Talent Acquisition and became Lead Talent Acquisition Advisor in February 2021. Kudachi has also worked for Aequs, first as Deputy Manager – Talent Acquisition (February 2018 to March 2019) and then as Manager – Talent Acquisition (April 2019 to January 2020).
In July 2014, Kudachi joined HirePro Consulting as Account Manager – RPO. He retained this position until January 2018. From October 2009 to May 2014, Kudachi was a part of Efficient Group as Managing Director. He has also been affiliated with Accenture, having worked at the company from June 2007 to July 2008 as Sr. CSA (Technical Support).
