National Australia Bank (NAB) has appointed Preeti Verma as Vice President (VP) – Talent Acquisition.

With over 23 years of experience, Verma is known for her expertise in communication, talent branding, and employer branding. As an HR and talent acquisition specialist, she primarily focuses on developing and executing strategies to attract top-tier talent and enhance organisational brand recognition.

Through her work, Verma aligns talent acquisition processes with business objectives while fostering impactful and scalable recruitment models. She is always committed to delivering innovative and efficient solutions for talent engagement and leadership recruiting.

From March 2024 to February 2025, Verma was a part of Trianz as Associate Vice President, heading leadership recruiting and talent branding. She was also associated with GreyOrange from July 2022 to April 2023 as Associate Director, Talent Acquisition (APAC, EMEA, India).

For over 16 years, Verma was a part of Genpact. She started working at the company in January 2006 as an Assistant Manager of Human Resources. In November 2009, she was appointed Manager, Human Resources, and subsequently promoted to Talent Management Leader, Global, in May 2015.

In March 2017, Verma became Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition (Global) at Genpact. She held this role until July 2019, when she was named Assistant Vice President, Talent Acquisition (Global). Additionally, Verma has worked with GE Capital from July 2002 to January 2006 as a Management Trainee – Operations.
