NTT Data Business Solutions has promoted Tirumala Reddy Koduri to Executive Head of People and Culture APAC & India.

Koduri joined NTT DATA Business Solutions in March 2024 as Vice President – People & Culture, Corporate Communications & Branding. She has a diverse background that includes HR experience in multinational companies across various sectors, including technology (product and service-based), banking, audit, financial advisory, consulting, and the ITES sector.
Before Artee, Koduri was a part of Arete from January 2022 to March 2024 as Vice President of Human Resources. She was also affiliated with SMBC Group from January 2021 to January 2022 as Vice President of Human Resources.
From January 2019 to December 2020, Koduri was with itelligence India Software Solutions (now NTT Data Business Solutions) as Associate Director – Talent Acquisition. Her past experience includes working for FactSet Systems India as Senior Manager – Recruiting from December 2010 to December 2018, and for Deloitte from October 2007 to November 2010 as Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition.
Koduri’s past workplaces include Monster India (now foundit), [24]7.ai, Akiko Sherman Infotech, and Nipuna Services.
