Firstsource Appoints George Payikad as Senior Vice President (SVP) and Global Head – Total Rewards and Analytics.
In his new role, Payikad will lead Firstsource’s global total rewards and analytics functions. He will be “shaping strategies that align rewards, performance, and growth, while advancing our people agenda across the enterprise,” as per Firstsource.
“With extensive global experience in compensation, benefits, and analytics, he has built and scaled programs that drive transformation, enhance enterprise focus, and enable sustainable growth across regions and business units,” Firstsource added.
Payikad has over 18 years of experience under his belt and is well-versed in rewards, talent acquisition, operations, and other HR functions. Before joining Firstsource, Payikad had been a part of EdgeVerve. He joined the company in August 2023 as Director and Head Total Rewards and then became Assistant Vice President (AVP) – Senior Director & Head Total Rewards in April 2025.
For over 16 years, Payikad had been affiliated with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). He joined the company in May 2007 as Human Resources Executive – Resource Mgmt Group. In October 2011, Payikad was appointed as Assistant Manager, Corporate Total Rewards COE.
In 2012, Payikad shifted to Amsterdam, Netherlands, as a Senior Manager – Total Rewards Europe for TCS, a role he held for 9 years. He shifted to Bengaluru in March 2021 and became Assistant General Manager (AGM) of HR – Head Talent Acquisition, Analytics, and Operations.
