Kishore AK has joined Altimetrik, an AI-driven data and digital engineering company, as the Global Head – Talent Supply Chain. Before joining Altimetrik, Kishore served as Vice President & Global Head – Talent Acquisition at UST.
With over 25 years of experience in talent acquisition and resource management, he has built deep expertise in navigating complex, globally matrixed business environments. His career reflects a strong track record in overseeing a wide range of HR functions—including recruitment, internal deployment, onboarding, compensation, employee relations, payroll, compliance, vendor management, and change management—executed seamlessly with minimal disruption.
Kishore’s career also includes notable tenures as Global Head – Talent Acquisition at Mindtree and Ness Digital Engineering, where he was instrumental in strengthening recruitment strategies and implementing talent programs closely aligned with business goals. In the earlier part of his career, Kishore held leadership roles at Aditya Birla Minacs Worldwide Ltd, Atos, Ness, Innova Solutions, HTC Global Services, and Krisoft Info Solutions, where he contributed to building scalable hiring models across India and the APAC region. He began his professional journey with Stree Sanghshema Trust, working on rural women’s empowerment initiatives in Andhra Pradesh.
Kishore’s expertise spans talent acquisition, people management, strategic planning, research, organizational design, employer branding, university relations, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional leadership.
