Rajeev Ranjan has joined Espire Infolabs as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition. In this role, he will drive the company’s global talent strategy and work closely with teams to attract, engage, and retain top talent across all regions.

Rajeev brings over 15 years of experience across end-to-end recruitment, project and stakeholder management, HR ERP implementation and support, process optimization, and team leadership. He is also adept at global leadership hiring, leveraging hands-on sourcing through social media, headhunting, and company mapping. Rajeev has expertise in designing and benchmarking functional best practices, aligning talent development with the organization’s current and future goals and strategic mission.
Before joining Espire Infolabs, Rajeev was Associate Director at Evalueserve, where he led global recruitment strategy, HR ERP implementation, and the development of cross-functional teams. During his tenure, he successfully built and managed a global social sourcing team spanning India, the US, the UK, and Chile, while mentoring hiring managers and driving process excellence across business units. Rajeev has also held leadership positions at renowned organizations including Guavus, GlobalLogic, Smart Chip Limited, and Best Infosystems, where he consistently delivered results through a performance-driven approach to talent acquisition.
