GlobalLogic has promoted Rrajesh Raii to Senior Vice President – People (APAC). In his new role, he will shape a “People First” experience within GlobalLogic, a leading “AI First” organization. Rrajesh will foster an employee experience that integrates human and machine collaboration, driving enhanced value delivery across APAC and globally for both employees and clients. Additionally, he will lead APAC’s people strategy with initiatives that prioritize Gen Z engagement and customer satisfaction in a next-generation, innovative, and technology-driven environment.

Rrajesh previously served as Vice President – People & India Head HR at GlobalLogic, where he led innovative HR initiatives and strengthened the company’s talent ecosystem. Overall, Rrajesh brings over two decades of experience in the HR domain, having held leadership roles across large-scale organizations. He has designed and implemented HR interventions and strategies for workforces exceeding 200,000 employees.

Rrajesh is known for driving innovation through insights, leveraging data analytics, and partnering with global CXO-level leaders from diverse cultural backgrounds to develop tailored talent strategies that enhance profitability and growth—covering the full talent lifecycle from attraction to development and retention. His extensive experience spans multiple industries, including IT and digital transformation, ITES, human capital consulting, fashion retail and sales, travel e-commerce, and manufacturing. Rrajesh is also a certified GALLUP CliftonStrengths Coach and is passionate about coaching both teams and individuals.

Over the years, Rrajesh has held leadership roles at Accenture, Eicher Motors, Expedia Group, Adobe, Benetton Group, EY, and Arthur Andersen, gaining extensive experience in growing teams, promoting inclusion, and scaling talent practices in dynamic, fast-changing environments. Academically, he holds a degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from XLRI Jamshedpur, one of India’s premier business schools.
