CG Power and Industrial Solutions has Vrushali Gadkari as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
In this new role, Gadkari will drive the company’s human capital strategy to shape performance, leadership, and culture for its next phase of growth. With over two decades of experience, she is well-versed in managing business turnaround through people and has a deep understanding of diverse cultures.
Prior to joining CG Power and Industrial Solutions, Gadkari served as Head of HR – Corporate for ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India, having joined the company in February 2024.
For over five years, Gadkari was affiliated with Piramal Group. She was appointed as Head HR – Consumer Products Division and was then also given the role of Head of HR & Sales Training – Piramal Healthcare Business in April 2021. Gadkari was also a part of Legrand (India), first as India HR Head (June 2017 to August 2018) and then as India HR Head – Legrand & Valrack Business (June 2018 to November 2018).
In September 2010, Gadkari joined Godrej Consumer Products as Regional Manager HR – West & South. She was then promoted to Deputy General Manager in April 2013, a position she retained until September 2015. Gadkari then worked with Godrej Properties from September 2015 to June 2017 as Deputy General Manager – HR & Admin.
From June 2008 to May 2009, Gadkari worked for HDFC Standard Life Insurance as a Management Trainee. She was promoted to Senior Executive in June 2009 and Manager Corporate HR in April 2010. Gadkari was also associated with HDFC from December 2001 to June 2006 as Credit Analyst – Business Operations.
