ARPAN has appointed Vaishali Jambotkar as Associate Director, People & Culture Administration and IT.
Jambotkar is a seasoned professional with progressive experience across areas of HR strategy, HR operations, talent management, HR digitisation, performance management systems and payroll – labour compliance management. Thanks to her expertise, Jambotkar has been instrumental in establishing the HR systems in start-up organisations & leading manpower expansion projects in the NGO space.
Before she joined ARPAN, Jambotkar was a part of TeamLease Foundation. From December 2024 to September 2025, she was working at the company as regional HR Lead, managing employee lifecycle. From June 2022 to November 2024, Jambotkar was with Kotak Education Foundation as Head of HR Administration, L&D and Volunteering.
For over six years, Jambotkar was associated with Educate Girls. She joined the NGO in August 2015 as HR Manager. In August 2017, Jambotkar was appointed as Deputy Senior Manager – HR. This was followed by her ascension to Senior Manager Human Resources in April 2020.
From March 2013 to June 2015, Jambotkar worked for KA Hospitality as Manager – Human Resources (HR Operations). She was also affiliated with Nevales Networks from October 2011 to February 2013 as EA to the CEO & Human Resources Manager. Additionally, Jambotakr worked for Apara Enterprise Solutions from January 2001 to September 2011 as Office Manager (HR, Admin, Sales Support & Logistics Co-ordination).
