Narasimha Prasad Bulusu has been appointed Head of Human Resources at LEAD Group, India’s leading school learning systems company. In this role, he will spearhead culture-building, talent strategy, and capability development to support the rapid growth of the mission-driven edtech organization.
Previously, he was with Myntra as Director – Total Rewards, where he drove the company’s rewards strategy and revamped its ESOP framework to align with evolving business goals and talent needs. He also led the design and rollout of industry-first benefits and wellbeing initiatives, along with key HR programs that reinforced organizational culture. Prior to his tenure at Myntra, he was Director – Human Resources at BlackBuck (Zinka Logistics Solutions).
Narasimha brings close to 15 years of experience across key people functions, including Total Rewards (Compensation & Benefits, Long-Term Incentives), HR policy design, talent acquisition, HR business partnering, performance management, and HR technology implementation. He has a proven track record of shaping transformative people strategies and leading large-scale organizational change in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Bulusu began his career in 2010 as an Assistant Manager at Tata Motors. In 2011, he joined Amazon as a Project Intern before moving to Lodha Group as Deputy General Manager – HR. He later served as Senior Manager – Human Resources at Cipla, providing strategic HR support to global corporate functions and leading key initiatives and policy transformations.
