Lumen Technologies India has appointed Yasmeen Shaikh as Head of Human Resources (HR).

With over 20 years of experience, Shaikh has championed employee engagement, led culture transformation, and spearheaded CSR initiatives—earning recognition for creating people-first workplaces. She is also an international badminton champion, having won gold at the 2024 All England Senior Badminton Championship.

For over six years, Shaikh was a part of NextGen Healthcare India. She joined the company in October 2018 as Senior Director, Human Resources, India and Member of the India Board of Directors. In November 2021, Shaikh was appointed as Vice President, Human Resources.
From January 2015 to March 2018, Shaikh was associated with Informatica LLC as Director – Human Resources India. She was also a part of Infosys Technologies as a Senior Manager, HR. Additionally, she was with Ivega from 2002 to 2004 as an HR professional.
