IPE Global has appointed Anandroop Bahadur as Vice President (VP) – Human Resources (HR), Indian & Global.

Prior to joining IPE Global, Bahadur had been the Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of MB NorthStar Consulting from June 2024 to August 2025. She was affiliated with Room to Read India from March 2024 to June 2024 as Director of People Operations.
For over 2 years, Bahadur was a part of the Clinton Health Access Initiative. She joined the company in June 2021 as HR Business Partner and then became Associate Director – Human Capital in July 2022.
In May 2019, Bahadur joined Central Square Foundation as Team Lead- Talent Management & Organizational Development. She was then given the role of Senior Program Manager – Talent Management & Organizational Development in April 2020.
Bahadur was part of the Amity Education Group for over eight years. She joined the company as Manager, Human Resources in March 2011. In September 2016, Bahadur was elevated to the role of Senior Manager, Human Resources and then to Deputy Director of Human Resources in March 2018.
From January 2010 to January 2011, Bahadur worked with HCL Technologies as a Management Trainee. She was also associated with Sterlite Technologies from May 2009 to July 2009 as an Intern.
