Kathiravan M has been promoted to Vice President – HR at Bajaj Capital. Before this promotion, he served as Senior Associate Vice President – HR and, prior to that, as Associate Vice President – HR. Over the years, he has been instrumental in managing the employee lifecycle and overseeing regional HR operations across South and East India, showcasing a strong grasp of organizational dynamics and workforce engagement.
In his new role, Kathiravan will head the Business HR function for Bajaj Capital Insurance Broking Limited (BCIBL). He will spearhead talent acquisition, retention, and development initiatives across India, ensuring that individual growth aligns with the company’s strategic objectives. Kathiravan will focus on attracting top talent, retaining high performers, developing skills and capabilities, and driving business outcomes through strategic HR initiatives across India.
Kathiravan brings nearly 13 years of experience across diverse industries, including Banking & Financial Services, Fintech, Consumer, and Staffing, with a strong track record of driving business growth through strategic people management. Prior to this, he served as Head – Talent Acquisition at PayNearby, where he led employer branding initiatives and HR digitalization. His career also includes leadership roles at HiCare Services Pvt. Ltd., IFMR Rural Channels & Services (Dvara KGFS), the Tata Group, and Gi Group, where he gained deep expertise in employee engagement, organizational development, performance management, and strategic HR initiatives.
