Santhya brings over 15 years of strategic HR leadership experience, with deep expertise in organizational development, succession planning, and global HR practices. She also has extensive experience in leading large-scale transformational change initiatives, managing projects end-to-end from conceptualization to execution.
Prior to joining Hotfoot Technology Solutions, she served as Senior Manager – Global HR Business Partner at Photon, overseeing the full talent lifecycle, global rewards programs, and compliance-driven HR strategies. She has also held key roles at The Ramco Cements Limited, Rage Communications, NIIT Limited, and the Shriram Group.
