Richa Kale has been appointed HR Director – Global Functions at Egon Zehnder, the world’s leading leadership advisory firm. In this role, she will serve as the strategic HR leader for Global Functions and act as HR business partner for Technology teams worldwide. Richa will support the Global COO/CDTO and Global CHRO in driving the people agenda, with a focus on strategic talent acquisition, capability building, performance management, total rewards, leadership development, and succession planning. She will also lead people analytics and reporting, monitoring global talent market trends to provide actionable insights for leadership decision-making.
Richa has been a key member of Egon Zehnder for nearly seven years, most recently serving as Director HR, Global Digital IT & Knowledge Center India, where she led the People and Culture agenda. In this capacity, she collaborated closely with global technology leaders to drive talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement, contributing significantly to shaping the firm’s global HR strategy.
Richa brings over 20 years of experience across diverse sectors, including ITES, Technology, Manufacturing, Engineering, Financial Services, Global Capability Centers, and Consulting. Throughout her career, she has built and led high-performing HR teams, implemented impactful people practices, and fostered a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and excellence. She is passionate about talent development and succession planning, designing leadership development programs, and optimizing total rewards strategies. Richa holds a Global Remuneration Professional certification from WorldatWork, USA.
