In her new role, she will lead the TA function, driving strategic hiring initiatives, refining recruitment processes, and advancing the employer value proposition to shape a future-ready workforce for The Times of India and The Economic Times.

Prior to this appointment, Roshin served as Head of Talent Acquisition, South Asia, at WPP Media, where she led innovative hiring practices, mentored diverse teams, and implemented data-driven recruitment strategies. She brings nearly two decades of rich experience from leadership roles at Viacom18 Media Private Limited, Network18 Media & Investments Limited, Aditya Birla Group, The Walt Disney Company, and ABC Consultants. Roshin is recognized for her expertise in talent staffing strategies, leadership hiring, employer branding, project management, and relationship management. She firmly believes that technology can never replace a recruiter, as nothing matches the human touch and the level of engagement people bring to the hiring process. Academically, Roshin holds an MBA in Human Resources from the ITM Group of Institutions.
