Amara Raja Group Appoints Manvi Singh as Associate VP – HR – New Energy Business (AR-ACT)

Amara Raja Group has appointed Manvi Singh as Associate Vice President (VP) – Human Resources (HR) – New Energy Business (AR-ACT).

With over 18 years of experience in both generalist and specialist roles, Singh has worked on strategic process design to drive business objectives. She has worked in a variety of industries, including service, FMCG, pharmaceutical, healthcare, oil & gas, chemicals and construction.

Singh is well-versed in HR strategy, business partnering, organisational transformation, digital initiatives, performance culture, and capability building. She is also an expert in talent management, compensation & benefits, and DEI initiatives.

Prior to joining Amara Raja Group, Singh had been a part of Pidilite Industries for over 7 years. She started at the company in March 2018 as Head BHR – International & Domestic Subsidiaries. In October 2021, Singh was elevated to the role of Head Business HR (Organizational Development), followed by her also becoming Head HR – Sales & Marketing Workforce in October 2022.

From September 2014 to February 2018, Singh was associated with Reliance Industries as Assistant General Manager. She was also a part of Baxter India from December 2012 to August 2014 as Regional HR Manager.

Singh worked with Novartis India from September 2009 to November 2012 as Manager – Human Resources. She was also affiliated with Godrej Industries from May 2005 to September 2009 as Assistant Manager – Corporate Human Resources.
