Cognizant has appointed Thirumala Arohi Mamunooru as Chief Learning Officer. His appointment comes at a pivotal time as AI continues to reshape the future of work. With three decades of leadership and innovation in learning, he will further strengthen Cognizant’s award-winning global L&D ecosystem, driving upskilling initiatives and workforce transformation. He will be reporting to Kathy Diaz, Chief People Officer, Cognizant.
Thiru brings over 30 years of experience, most recently serving as Executive Vice President and Head of Education, Training & Assessments at Infosys. He is highly regarded for managing large portfolios, strengthening account relationships, and enhancing human capital. Thiru has demonstrated expertise across all facets of IT management, including client relationships, digital and cloud-based application development, delivery, service management, and innovative pricing models.
He holds a B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics from Acharya Nagarjuna University and has completed the Infosys Global Leadership Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
