Ravneet Singh has been appointed as General Manager and Head – Corporate HR for Tata Motors’ Commercial Vehicle Business. In this role, he will drive key HR initiatives in collaboration with business units, partner with corporate and central functions to enhance organizational effectiveness and lead strategic HR planning to align workforce capabilities with the company’s business goals.
Ravneet has been with Tata Motors for over a decade. Previously, he served as General Manager and Head – Talent Acquisition at Tata Motors Ltd., where he spearheaded the talent acquisition process for the Commercial Vehicles Business. In this role, he also managed campus hiring, campus engagement, and employer branding initiatives, along with lateral and leadership hiring, driving recruitment strategies to attract top talent for the organization.
Overall, Ravneet Singh brings 15 years of experience in HR and Supply Chain across the automotive and IT industries. He began his career with Firstsource Solutions as a Senior Executive – Human Resources. Academically, he holds an MBA in Human Resources and Marketing from Symbiosis International University, SIMS Pune.
