Meenu Agrawal has been appointed Group Vice President – Talent Acquisition at Gallagher Center of Excellence, Bangalore. With over 20 years of experience, she brings deep expertise in niche hiring across India, the Middle East, Thailand, Singapore, Australia, and North America.
Meenu holds a proven track record in leading talent acquisition for global organizations and in designing and implementing effective recruitment processes. In her new role, she will the global talent acquisition strategy, enhance employer branding, and lead enterprise-wide hiring initiatives to support Gallagher’s growth and transformation journey.
Prior to joining Gallagher, Meenu served as Vice President – Talent Acquisition at Iris Software Inc., where she led talent acquisition across India for business, practice, and corporate functions. She played a key role in hiring Sales roles, including Hunters, Farmers, and Client Partners, in the US (North America) and Canada, in addition to leadership positions. She also designed and drove a cohesive, enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategy for the organization. Meenu has held leadership roles at Coforge, dunnhumby, Impetus, Publicis Sapient, CitiXsys – iVend Retail, Naukri.com, and CADD Centre Training Services Pvt. Ltd., where she successfully aligned talent acquisition strategies with organizational objectives and business growth.
Throughout her career, Meenu has led hiring across India, the Middle East, Thailand, Singapore, Australia, North America, and Canada. She has successfully implemented Applicant Tracking Systems from the ground up at multiple organizations and has driven numerous process improvement initiatives across both the recruitment function and the broader organization.
