Ritu Bhati has joined ReNew as Executive Vice President – Human Resources. She will spearhead the people strategy to advance ReNew’s mission of driving India’s clean-energy and decarbonisation goals. Previously, she served as Vice President – Human Resources at Light & Wonder India, a leading cross-platform global games company.
Ritu brings nearly 30 years of experience with deep expertise in Employee Relations, Learning & Development, Diversity, and Business & Statutory Controls. Known for her creative approach, she offers practical insights and solutions with ease.
Before joining Light & Wonder India, Ritu was Managing Director – Human Resources at Accenture, where she led Global Service Delivery Excellence. Earlier, she headed HR for Operations Delivery Centres across India, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh (India Geographic Unit), overseeing Human Resources and Talent Acquisition for these regions. In that role, she drove HR strategy to achieve the business and people objectives of Accenture Operations India GU and spearheaded the Lead in the NEW initiative. Ritu has also worked with Macquarie Group and IBM, bringing extensive expertise in HR transformation, Diversity & Inclusion, organizational development, and leadership strategy.
Academically, she holds a Master’s degree in Personnel Management and Organizational Development from the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM), Pune.
